Flagstaff Elections Protected and Safe, In accordance with Native Officers – Northern Arizona At the moment

With the election less than two weeks away there are many concerns among voters and candidates on violence and voter intimidation. In addition, the election process will also be affected by the Coronavirus pandemic in order to practice social distancing and keeping things sanitized.

With many obstacles facing this year’s election, NAZ Today’s Christian Ayala speaks with two members of the Flagstaff City Council – Adam Shimoni and Charlie Odegaard – about what they expect on election night and the days after.

Both Shimoni and Odegaard say they aren’t expecting any election related violence in Flagstaff, and despite the fears of what might happen, most political figures in Flagstaff are still encouraging residents to participate in the upcoming election on November third.
