PHOENIX – A historic 1930s building in Flagstaff, Arizona is now on the market.

Located downtown next to the Monte Vista Hotel, the Flagstaff Federal Building was originally built as a post office in 1937. It is registered on the National Historic Registry.

The structure, currently used as an office building, is listed for $ 4.3 million, according to Russ Lyon Sotheby & # 39; s International Realty.

"I'm very excited to bring this classic building to market," said Agent Bret Lamberson in a press release. "Our entire community has loved it for decades and we look forward to passing the legacy on to a new owner."

The more than 17,000 square meter building has three floors, including a basement, and 12 private parking spaces.

It also features historic brown tiles that add to the character of the building and skylights on the ceiling to let in plenty of natural light.
